sounds like a strut top, or maybe a bush.
Wont effect your test unless the wheel falls off, then it wont be your fault anyway, and i bet youll automatically pass if you dont veer accross the road and hit a lorry when it happens ::
if some acidente happens when you are taking the test and its not oyu fault you will pass it.
