a few to choose from, as you may be adding another its probabaly best to go for a monoblock

    heres a few choices

the kenny's power is slightly over rated it will do about the same as the jbl

but this is also a nice buy

Been told by top guys to always run at least the max input of sub power from an amp. Ie max sub input of 300watt RMS amp must be 300watt RMS or more 350-400 to be on safe side with gain on min to half way!

Other wise amp will send distorted signal to sub and over time sub will die or become intermitant due to voice coild melting, wear out, edge/suspension breaks up etc...

U should never run an amp on limmit should be under run (just like P.C's 60% memory free at all times both ram and Hard Disk)

I run singal 1200watt Black air vibe sub (max input 350watt RMS) in sealed box (MDF, Fiberglass & sillicone) with V12 Alpine amp that kicks out 500watt RMS at 4 om. Gain up like 1/4 if that!
Very deep and crisp (volume best with just two windows down, not with boot open! Ported box best if boot open all time @ cruise/shows etc..so I'm told!!).

    Hope that helps???

    ED
