MIRC Help

Ok i've downloaded mirc to try and get into the chatroom but when i try to connect all i get is "unable to resolve irc server". Can somebody talk me through setting MIRC up so it works.

just click disconnect and then click connect again (on the program that is and not your connenction)
Try clicking "random EU server"

right in mirc options before you connect: you need to click connect on the left that gets up a page that starts
irc servers: put to all.
then theres a space for the server you want

email
Nickname
Alternative
on the right is add, edit delete sort
you need to add nova load
the info u need is
description: novaload
IRC server: www.bytecenter.com
port 6667
group #novaload
then ok it.
from the server list get it showing all then novaload(nr bottom)

then finally click connect to server. u should get on ok
when done and connected ok, type /join #novaload
that will bring you into the room and peeps can help you with finishing touches like going straight into the room etc.

I've just tried again to connect to chat, following ians instruction and done it all correctly and i still get the fucking message Unable to resolve IRC Server. How annoying ?????

Is it because my computer will be using the main server at work, will there be some restrictions ?

Yes i'm still having problems too. I can only think it's the networks. Does anybody else connect to the chatroom using a network?
