    Default 1.3 SR conversion

i was thinkin of possibly upgrading 1.2i too a 1.3sr, dosnt sound like a big difference, but cant afford much more on insurance being 17, and the 1.2i is very sluggish -

would the conversion bump the insurance up alot? not sure what group it is? also as its not a 1.3SR shell would it also effect price?
    cheers

Would probably work out cheaper to actually insure a proper 1.3SR.

Your 1.2i is group 3 (possibly 4, depending on year), the SR is group 5. Middel ground would be a 1.2 carb which is group 4, 12NV should feel better than your spi.

Aragorn has written an effective guide in the Technical forum somewhere for getting good results from the 1.2i engine.
