    Ive got a rockford fosgate rfz1412 12 inch sub but i was wondering which type of box i should use, A sealed or a ported?

    tis weird shit.. made a sub box for m8s escort piece of utter shit car, and ported it.. Hmm, notalotta bass... so covered the port with my hand and BOOM the car lit up (so to speak!) so I sealed the box up again... but me m8 dicko has a ported box in his nova and that sounds class so yep, for a nova I'd go ported :D

    Well really u should find out wot the sub was designed for. MAke sure it has the correct volume!

    phone up rockford or the supplier and find out what type it is coz u could fuck it up if u do it the wrong way round 80)
