I'm all for saving money, but why didnt you just get new drums? if the lip was so big they are probably very worn anyway

and as aragorn said, some 256mm brakes are only 20mm wide, came on astras too

    Default Spare wheel

Bsically I just bought the car almost a week ago and noticed this. Rather leave the useless wheel in the boot rather than take it out for no reason. Lazy I know but hey, rather spend time thrashing the motor around giving myself as scare

If you had a puncture on the front you could put one of the rear wheels on the front and the small spare on the back as it will fit no probs on the back.
    And,mind your own buisness...
