dont know, i havent actually got it yet, thinking about getting a sub and an amp, so what size amp would you recommend for a 400watt sub?

400 watt max

but if the 1000 watt amp is 4 channel thats on 250 per channel so ull have space 4 some more subs or powerfull 6x0's

1000w amp will blow the sub

use the wattage of the sub and match the wattage of the amp
