    Default whats up with my amp?????????

    hi just got an amp the day and tried to wire it up since i have never done one b4!!! i got most of it connect'd up when i came 2 wirein the live and earth wire to the amp unit when it started 2 spark when i was screwin the screws in???? now it wont work at all? is it the fuse on the live wire beside the battery? coz i have tried the fuse on the amp unit and its fine

    are you sure you are conecting the wires up right
    coz there are three teminals
    1st is for +
    2nd in for the + signal from the head unit
    3rd is for the -

    You did disconnect the battery when you were putting the live wire in, didn't you :?:

    disconet the battery then earth the amp first then check your in line fuse on your power lead and then the fuse on the amp! it sounds like u blown a fuse
