    Default New ice install!

    Right guys i want some more help off u lot!! ive had a* help b4 off people in here so i trust u lot, ive ripped out the back seats and im gonna lay a massive sheet of mdf and build from there, how do i stop the sheet from moving? do i stick it down with something? and what do i do about the spare wheel well? can i just fill it in or leave it? ive got 4 12" subs (600 watt) and 3 600 watt amps and 4 6x9's all sony by the way, will the amps be able to power this lot? o the rear seats are for sale as well, sri style, make me a sensable offer for them! i live in lancs, blackburn... come on guys give us some good ideas!!

    i've got a good idea get rid of the 6x9's and get some good components to balance the sound staging, other wise it'll b too bassy and the subs will distort the sound from the 6x9's too

    I thought about that, just thought the 6x9's would have been better.. o well looks like im goin shopping for some components now, what do u recomend? 1 set or 2? 5" or bigger?

    u shud get a very good set of 5 or 6" components wiv crossovers and tweeters, summat like polk or infinity oraudio bharn(i think) and it will be more than enough to balance it all out

    ive got both componants alpine dd drive and 6x9's
    componants run off an amp 6x9's off the hu

    ive covered my boot in chequre plate ive kept the spare wheel well abd ive put wooden suports in it to keep the chequer plate from bouncin around too much
    its screwed to the floor and wooden struts

    ive thought about puttin plating down but is it hard to work with?

    ive not bent mine but there is always that flexible mating stuff
