    ok i got rid of the vinyl on the doors and im left with this sticky gluey shit and its f*****g me rite off, its taken me ages to just get a bit off im using a rag and t-cut at da mo and its the only thing that is getting it off does anybody no any other way to get it off fast and easy? cuz im gunna loose it in a min and break summit :evil: !! any ideas would be appreciated cheers

    lots of rag and white spritit and alot of elbow grease shud comeo ff a treat

    Arghhghg, why do people keep saying to use white spirit? White spirit will eventually take your paint off if you use too much of it. Autoglym do a product called Autoglym tar remover which works very well for removing bits of glue left on by vinal.

    boil a kettle and pour over spot that has the sticky shit 8)
    comes off straight away... ::

    my dad gave me some stuff to get rid of that and all the glue just went well quick, i think it was some auto glym.
