Sitting stationary in traffic listerning 2 the radio.

Mines a single lane, the lane opposite isn a double.

Transit comes from the opposite way in the fast lane, and a saab in the slow lane decides to pull out in front of it, leaving it know where to go.

It side swipes the saab (big damage) then plows into me, sending me back into the car behind.

Whole road is blocked, police turn up and say, move the cars as your blocking the road, and then say we were never here and fcuk off

Transit had dented bonnet, broken bumper, grill and light

106 has a bump (now knocked out) in the bumper and the bonnet is out of aleignment

got everyones details and loads of witnesses

just wondering if i should try and persue a whiplash claim?
