Firstly how good a condition is the carb in has it been serviced recently?

These engines are obviously getting old and the bhp compared to modern days is low but if you’ve got one that’s been looked after it should be still fun.

    What age is it?

It's from 1989 so 30 years. Bought from the first owner. I have the complete maintenance history with it, always has oil changes on time.
But can't seem to find anything about service to the carb.. So most likely never had new joints. Car has 115.000 kms.

Buy a new carb anyway given that it is so old

I use super unleaded here in the uk, do you have a premium petrol option?

E10 is ethanol based, and may cause more damage to your fuel hoses than to ones on newer cars
