    Default ARP rod bolts

Hi all,iv just fitted the rod bolts but the torque setting doesn’t seem that tight,it’s a C16SE and it states to tighten to 24 ft-lbs which doesn’t seem tight,I have been on website and it’s correct, the standard ones go tighter.
Any one used these to correct torque with no issues??

It just seems so odd an 8mm bolt to only 24 ft-lbs,especially one that’s so important it feels more nipped than tight.

It is correct. But you should use a stretch gauge to be sure.
