Default Front and rear crank oil seal fitting C16SE

What method of fitting do people find best? Push over and tap into place ? Some iv fitted to other engines have a sleeve you slide it off and onto crank to stop it lipping over

I genuinly cant remember how i did the rear on mine to be fair, i did build the lump up so may have slid it over yhe crank and bolted the rear crank cap on it. I normally worl them in slowly when in the car. Use fesh engine oil to lube the centre of the seal to stop it folding or loosing the spring
