Default Speedlines catching on front calipers

Again 1 step forward 3 steps back put my speedlines back on and there catching on brake calipers unless I use spacers . But I don't want to use spacers as it makes wheels stick out to far.
Has anyone else had this issue if so what did you do I've just had my wheels refurbished to.
The brakes are 2.0 litre off a cav or Astra
    Thanks sam

Are they catching as in not turning or just catching?

They catch and not turn when it gets to a spoke on the wheels

So could you get away with a 5mm spacer?
