    Thanks Stuart, some useful info there I shall mention it when it's time for setting up!

    Another question is the water fitting on the bodies. They came with no push on fitting fitted! Will I need to drill and tap for the push on brass fitting, or will it be okay blanked off as it is?

    If it's the sbd inlet (Jenvey) then you can buy the water inlet to add on I think? Unless you have one that's been blanked?

    Are we on about the same part? I have blocked off the 3 way hose on the back of the engine, I'm on about where the top altenator adjuster is. Mine has nothing there and the rear of the bodie body where the gasket sits has no receses. I have seen where people have drilled and tapped a brass fitting in there and some without it.

    Mine are direct to head so no manifold
