    Default Dodgy electrical issue

I've put 6 dials in my 1.2 with a e16se conversion when I turn off the ignition the car still runs. I've checked the pcb on the rear of the clocks no tracks are touching. Also temp gauge ain't working. Any ideas?

Just to confirm, without the clocks plugged in the car doesn't run on?

Temp gauge is a blue wire I think, so check for continuity to the engine sensor.

I would maybe check any wires that go between the clocks and the alternator, or try an additional earth on the clocks wiring for testing purposes.

If I unplug the clocks it will cut the engine with the ignition in the off position. But if I leave it plugged in while off position it will still keep running.

Maybe. I will have a look again to double check the pcb.
