    Default Rear turret modification

Bought this lot second hand a while back. I'm pretty sure the bilstein units and the rear beam boxes came from Harry Hockly motorsport. I spoke to him on the phone regarding the fabricated turrets but apparently they have never supplied them and customers normally fabricate their own.
Has anyone seen rear turrets like this before? Any idea where they are from?
Quite keen to get these fitted into my car but could do with some more info!

I'd say handmade too. Cut and shaped from a piece of flat sheet

They are probably mk2 escort ones, hockly do sell the machined top mounts but you have to fab everything else yourself, easy enough o do you just need to measure twice and cut once.

Its a bit of a bugger with the number of layers of steel you have to get through but the rest is just marking out and aligning how much you need to cut out to the movement of the damper
If Carlsberg did Motor clubs, then IDMC would probably be the best motor club in the world.

Just dragging this thread up for more info. Hopefully get round to fitting these soon.
Has anyone who has fitted his setup got an idea of the height of the turret? Obviously depends on desired ride height but a ballpark figure would get me started.
Any photos of this setup fitted, or being fitted would be appreciated. Ive been trying to get fitting instructions from hockleys to no avail.
