i have put 1.6 astra mk3 brakes and discs on my nova with 20mm x 236mm brembo discs and pads!!

i have way to much travel in the pedal how can i fix this?

will it be the case of changeing the servo and the master cylinder!

The pistons shouldn't be much bigger, so it sounds like they just need a damn good bleed

If they truely are 236mm docs, then they are no bigger than nova his items, and as such any nova master cylinder will drive them fine. Infact the bigger Astra gsi brakes are fine too.

either ats have inverted the master cylinder seals or you have shagged rear brake cylinders.
