I wasn't so lucky with my first Nova, I woke up to find it was gone, luckily I did get it back after the police found it.

Doing slightly over 60 mph when a woman at a junction saw me coming and pulled out at the last second anyway, where I had a split decision choice of swing to avoid her or just go straight into the back of her car. I swerved and she took off, wrong decision. Another great moment about two years ago, turning right into a supermarket and a guy (off his face on weed) drives into me at over 40mph in a Volvo with a trailer load of lawnmowers, happy days. Oh, and at Knockhill, snapping the mainshaft in a redtop gearbox which took out the oil pump and several valves etc! No accident though so not that bad.

At least it didn't end up burnt out like most of the stolen ones.

Think the worst one for me was the Grey SR I had, was wrote off after being hit by a Integra Type R which had been rear ended by a derv Nova.

Was the cheapest Nova I had as well!

Finding out my sri had rotted from the inside out beyond repair after only having the xe in it for 6 weeks . however this led to the drag car build 10 years ago so atleast somthing good came of it

Having my first XE engine's pistons fall apart and take out the engine

Valve guide disintegrates at Donington and drops a piece in the cylinder sending me home early

Not even lasting until lunchtime at Oulton Park before the clutch went

Managing 3 laps of Cadwell and my fifth gear shattering and ruining my Quaife final drive

A while ago, lowering it off the jack and leaving an axle stand under the car denting my fuel tank

Hitting a puddle about 6 inches deep waaaaaaaayyyy too fast, resulting in a wave over the bonnet, the roof, and the 1.0 sucking in a few litres and bending two conrods.... oops.

Getting a phone call from a good mate on a saturday morning, telling me his friend had seen a nova getting ripped round all night on a local shit hole estate in wakefield ! (Lupset estate to be precise)

Upon opening my curtains and still on the phone, i said " it was mine mate, its fxcking gone !"

Never to be seen again 1.2 with 34k on the clock, that was the mrs 1st car !

On the upside, i found out a few hours later who nicked it !

He s locked up inside though as i type this, always on facebook flexing his muscles after taking his steroids, then taking a picture of himself ?

CANT WAIT FOR HIM TO GET OUT ! (if you know what i mean)
