Default Plastic sleeve that goes through chassis (petrol pipe)

Can anyone's tell me how to remove the plastic sleeve that goes through the rear drivers side of chassis. It's what the petrol pipe slides through . Cheers sam

Its a right pain to remove, soak it with wd40 or similar to give yourself the best chance of getting it out in one piece. I managed to get it out with pliers, but munched it up a bit in the process. Which didn't matter as the chassis had rusted on the wheel arch side anyway, so I welded in new metal and a piece of metal pipe instead.

Try and find something the same diameter as the pipe, put it up against it from the centre of the car and hit it out towards the arch, its very easy to break though.
