    Default D20tbo mk1 nova c20let

    Its time i got a project thread up of my nova i have been on with over the last year many of you will already no the car as it used to belong to nick jackson a few year ago and i was lucky to finally own it again after regretting selling it when i first owned it way back but now the time has come to put a few little touches of my own to it and give it the power its screaming for over the past 3 years of owning it i have been collecting alot of parts which they are all top quality as my goal is to build one of the finest big spec mk1 nova c20lets about but before i had planned on building it which took me alot of time thinking about as i didnt want to spoli the way it looked as it really was one of the best examples of a mk1 left but after selling my mk2 c20let nova which was a really nice show piece and well build car due to the fact i got a very good price for was to good to turn down ao i let it go and a couple of days after selling it instantly regretted it aswell so tried to buy it back but i had no lick the new owner new what he got was one of the finest examples on the uk so got my head out the sand and started setting about d20 this is how the project came about i have a few pictures of when i first started it to were i am at with it now its no were near finished yet still a long way off but as they say if you take your time and dont rush it it will be 100% when its finished

    Nice spec and the car looks very clean. I love the rl7 alloys one of my favourites on a Nova.

    The start of november it was time to pull the 1.0L engine out to make way for the c20let and do a few changes to the bay re route the wiring loom behind the passenger side wing and do a mock up of were everything will go once engines in

    Seams a shame to ruin the bay for stitch welding. Looks factory fresh in there.

    You've done absolutely the right thing there on the driveshafts - body looks superb. Don't even hesitate to fully strengthen the shell; once done there's no looking back.

    Just before christmas i got wind of one of the best novas about that the owner had desided to part ways with which ment he was breaking some parts of it a was lucky anuff to buy his complete engine set up a well built big spec c20let the spec on it is mega a lot of money has been spent on it with him only using the best parts that are available it was a engine i couldnt turn down
