What's the best way? Clips or bonding them on? Don't fancy drilling holes into the mint sills for clips!

Clips is the best way I'm afraid. Think there is a guide in the article's section.
Nick
Clips and screws/rivets unfortunately.
I tried bonding the clips on, but they fell off.
If you bond the skirts on you'll not get them off easily and the long sections don't have much to bond to without packing it thick. I originally bonded the rear fin on down the arch lip to avoid drilling the lips and that seemed OK.
If they are fully clipped on you can remove them for cleaning and maintenance, which the sills will benefit from long term.
Ok looks like clips then. Where can I get some? Cheers
Vauxhall for clips. They'll do the proper rivets too but self tapping screws do the job.
Ok cheers
If you use rivets make a carboard surround as sometimes the rivet gun bounces and hits your nice paintwork. Screws will scrape the paint around the edge of the hole and could rust, whereas a rivet slides through
Thanks for the advice.
I was gonna say what Brains did. Rivet guns love to jump.
I screwed mine on with stainless screws with a bit of grease on. After painting it all. Anything to help keep the rust down.
All I wanted was a Pepsi, just one PepsiFar from suicidalStill I get them tendenciesBringing back them memories
That I really miss when I reminisce
Rivnuts would be better and what I'd use if I did something like that again.
