    Such a awesome build.
All I wanted was a Pepsi, just one Pepsi
    Far from suicidal
    Still I get them tendencies
    Bringing back them memories
That I really miss when I reminisce

We dug the wiring out and sat it in the car to see what was what

This is the heater out of a rover mini, which im sure you will recognise, it is an all in one unit and mini in size.

Going to get rid of the AYC rear diff and use one from an RS model, need to hold my horses with the propshaft now as we jumped the gun in taking it for shortening ?

Once i have my diff i can re measure it and take it back

Cheers, we are getting through the last few jobs as quick as poss.

The wiring is almost in, we did as much as our heads could take, then went home and left it for tomorrow.

We put a battery on to see what was happening, but i think some earths need looking at ?

Getting an evo 5 RS diff kit, so no more AYC .

We made some progress with the electrics, got all the lights and indicators wired up.

Fed the wiring where it was on the evo.

The japs certainly love an electrical gizmo or 12 ?

We are slowly stripping out of the loom, all the nonsense that isnt needed and is just weighing us down, and in our way

    Some more pictures...

We got the intercooler mounted loosely, as the one that arrived is twisted

A straight one is on its way but in the mean time, we got all the boost pipes routed ready for when it turns up.

We also modified the fuel filler neck. we used the evo one so far, then chopped it and rewelded it, so it is now positioned in the rear of the strut tower.

The hose pipe will be getting changed.

    A few more...

The standard cap is totally airtight, so unless i spill some it shouldn t stink of petrol.

I put it inside, so there is nothing going through the wide arch, plus no filler hole.

Some of the loom and airbag rubbish going in the bin.

    Wiring now simplified

Although it still looks a mess, you can see that we have removed a fair bit of unwanted wiring.

A few pics of the front bumper modified to take the boost pipes and intercooler.

Here we are cutting the GSI tow eye cover

Again so the boost pipes can go where they need to.

    Looks sound to me

Evo pipework modified for our pipework.

Air flow pipe fitted, again modified hoses, bends, and reducers.

Need to mount the airflow meter with a bracket, and get a plate to convert it to a mushroom shape air filter
