This car had a head on with a jeep cherokee. Guy was killed instantly. I posted it on Scottish novas fb page and it went mental. Didn't know it was his until I received a pile of pms asking me to remove it. Cars where someone is killed should automatically be crushed and never seen again.

There is nothing in the salvage code of practice that states a car involved in a fatal must be classed as a Cat A and be crushed, it basically states that if the car is damaged to the extent it is not repairable but has parts that can be resold or recycled then it becomes a Cat B. It's basically up to the salvage operator and with Copart they will sell anything to anyone if it makes them a profit.
