Hi I'm running a frontera intercooler on a b204 corsa, I was wondering what's the most power and psi people would recommend running with 1 fitted. At the moment it's running 20psi and should be around 300bhp

They are only efficient up to 280 ish.
At 300 you'll need something larger

Thank you could that be why it will only boost 20psi not the 23 it's supposed to?

Tbh I'd not be quite so fussed about psi as its only a measure of restriction in the intake system.... Plus 3psi down is bugger all in reality
