Default 1.3 L that's been in my garage for 5 years...

So I bought this approximately 6 years ago from someone off here (can't remember who) from Gloucester ish...

Bought it blind as 'good condition' low mileage car, spares or repairs with a 2 litre 8v c20ne lump for a few hundred quid.

I was lucky...she'll was absolutely spotless and mileage was 41000 with fsh

Unfortunately I can't find the pics when I picked it up. But apart from the engine is was standard.

Needless to say, the first job was to do this

I had to remove the interior and look for something better.

Dumped the entire mk1 interior with no idea what to get- apart from getting a mk2 dash and flocking it appropriately

Pic is awful sorry... also bought some cream period Lock wood dials

Next up was getting some coilovers refurbished and fitted... these are just the dry build pics..

Quick rack and some sound deadening re fitted- it's not the best but functional!

Got the bay re painted as it had been welded and painted with a can

Then dragged this old thing that's been in my garage since 2013..

Fully rebuilt with pec steel rods, 87mm omega pistons, xe cams, etc etc. 8.75:1 CR. Capable of 450+ not that I will bother.

    Removable slam panel fitted..

    In!
