    Weeds in garden and oven not cleaned (have done both with photo evidence), wallpaper scuffed in places - bound to be its cheap textured shite that rips for fun.

    Mould in bathroom which has been reported and lying bastards are trying to say it was fine on inspection in May. Possibly more to come but they are the problems brought up so far

    The DPS will ask you if you agree to the costs before they release it all the the agent. Just tell the dps "no".

    If you're worried, get your deposit info and call them up and enquire about how to dispute a deposit claim.
