Roll cage is GO!

Ben has had the SFI guy out to look at the car and discuss its use and how the cage should be built to comply.

So, it's time to begin, I genuinely cannot wait to see a proper cage in the car


The part of the floor that had the old cage baseplates on was a total mess


so even more floorpan has been removed and new pieces made

Ben got the SFI guy out last week to discuss and confirm certain parts of the cage to ensure it can be tagged to 8.5.

So now he's been I got a bunch of pics sent through today, I'm excited to say the least, feels like some real progress and you can see just how good Bens work is.

We have tubes !

Nice work indeed, note the only bit of surface rust inside the lower rear arches, really was a very descent shell!
