After getting bodywork sorted out I have just got round to rebuilding the engine. Pulled the head of today to find most of the coolant ports full of crud. It looks like someone in the past has used one of these head gaskets treatments in it. The stuff is rock hard and difficult to chip out.
What's my options:
Should I keep on trying to clean ports out or
Just replace head. I have a 1.2 head here, are these the same and ok to use.
