    Default Quick rack

Bit of help needed, what options are available for a quick rack, I've seen the quaife and something about the corsa b rack but don't know much about it, some more info would be good, thanks

Quafie do internals for a nova rack so you'd have to strip it down,

i believe with the corsa b rack you change the arms to nova items.

quafie is 2.5 turns and corsa b is 2.75 turns

i will be using a corsa b item and converting it over will have pics when I do it in my project thread

Pictures in my project thread - Corsa B epas rack and it's pretty simple. Replace the tie rods as stated and cut down the shaft that goes into the column.

There's another brand available on eBay but about £150 for rack and pinion. Always used to be supply problems with the Quaife ones made in batches.

Corsa is the way to go I think, bolt in except for arms changed so no faffing with pinion bearings, preload etc.

Gone are the days you'd buy a complete rack from TAS for 120 quid ready to bolt in

imo a quick rack with no power assist is a pain in the arse in everyday use, lived with mine for 3 or 4 years every day, think mine is under 2 turns LTL tho,
success is only limited by a weak mind

Is there anyway of identifying a corsa quick rack? Apart from actually turning
    Markings on the casing etc
