Is that a 5 or 6 speed? with that end cover wont it foul the N/S front wheel on lock?
its a 5 speed. i know the 6 speed fouls the front wheel on full lock, i think/hope the 5 speed is not as wide as the 6 speed
sold my astra mk3 gsi so it was time to take the engine out!
got some more money to spend on nova parts now!
update time!
the quaife website states the f20 dogbox uses an different spline on the gearbox mainshaft(7/8 20T), in an email they said this wasn't the case and i could use an oem type clutchplate. when i got the dogbox the f20 clutchplate obvious wouldn't fit as the spline is an 7/8 20T spline
so time for (another) new helix clutch

So the guy on FB doesn't do 5 speed dog sets?
Nice parts, dogbox will be great.
Note check wheel stud hole sizes as those Hockly studs can be a little large and need wheels modifying.
