Does anyone know if bits possible to fit a tilt and slide sunroof to a tilt only sunroof roof without changing the roof skin?

Nothing to stop you making the mounts up, not very commonly done but all you'd need I a picture to go from. And make sure the hole is right as if it was an aftermarket sunroof it may be bigger

I always thought it should fit but a couple of people told me it would need a new roof skin, I think it is just a standard tilt sunroof and not an aftermarket one, you don't have any pictures of how they fit do you by any chance?

I don't no, the tilt and slide has it'd own roof skin

Yes it's possible but pointless as it will not seal properly and will probably let in water as the tilt and slide roof skin has a profiled folded edges and the standard tilt and slide is just a hole cut in the roof, plus the tilt and slide has fittings to attach in the roof skin designed for it,
