Digi dash speedo out

Wired up my Digi dash everything works as it should but the speed is miles out, anyone help out thanks

There's a red switch on the top try moving that if no joy then you have the wrong transducer

Thanks I was thinkn about that red switch I will have to try it , also don't think its stuck on kilometres it says it's changed over but the are both out a good bit! Cheers lads
