Port and polished head
Lighten flywheel

Asumming you already have a 1300 it may it'll be cheaper to lighten the flywheel and port and polish yourself. Obviously take the flywheel to a shop so it's balanced don't attack it with a drill bit

I have two lightnened flywheels from a spares package I bought of a fellow 1300 stockcar driver, not sure on weight without checking one is very light compared to standard tho pm if you want any more info
