Smallblock twin 40 build threads?

Panning on tidying the bay of my 44k 2 door saloon and was thinking on changing the engine to another smallblock on 40s with some nice shiny trumpets

is there any builds on here using this setup?

not really interested in bike carbs/foam filters, want to keep the old school look if possible

I assume fitting 40s to the 1200 would be of no benefit, getting a manifold wouldn't be the biggest issue

No reason why you couldn't fit them to the 1200 but obviously bigger gains are to be had from a bigger engine. Along with a higher lift cam, maybe some headwork and an exhaust manifold it would go quite well

Do you mean rings and shells or rebore\ balance\ crank grind rebuild?
