    Never been to the gym, most people I speak to seem to talk about men changing in the locker room and walking around with their knobs out posing. Is gym code for gay meeting place?

    To strip fat its all about what you eat, calories in vs calories out so if you take in 2500 cals a day but only put out 2300 you will put fat on, if you take in 2500 but put out 2600 you will lose fat.

    Have a read of this website and use the calculator to estimate how many cals you should be taking in a day along side your macros then if you don't already have it, download my fitness pal onto your phone and track your cals/macros http://www.flexible-diet.co.uk/

    What sort of program you following at the gym? Trying to build muscle mostly or losing fat?
