Surprisingly its not that difficult and like any type of lifting from the floor its all about technique, the hardest part is when its shoulder height and you have to push it over, getting it off the floor is all in the legs! I'll see if I can get a video on Saturday.

Would you do any form of workout/exercise if you had Olecranon bursitis (inflamed bursitits in the elbow) ? Its not muscular, it does not impeed movement etc and would be iced before and after to keep the temperature stable.

Likely doing legs and not arms but they need to hold stuff obv

I suffer from achilles tendinitis plantar fasciitis which don't bother me when exercising and a nipped facet in the hip area, that one can be painful on a morning or after long periods of sitting. As long as you have warmed the area up and do stretching as recommended by a physio it'll get better!

Had a great heavy session last night. First in over a week due to being messed about.

11mile up hill bike ride. Keeping my rpm over 80 at all times.
    Straight on to legs.

    66kg 5sets of 20.
    88kg 4 x 20.
    100 3 x 10.
    107 2 x 10.

Heaviest i've gone. Legs where like jelly after. I do a set then do ankle extensions, then back to leg extensions. so dont tend to rest to much in between.
    I think that's quite good.

Pushed arms too, doing heaviest triceps pulls at 45kg 4 x 20.
    skull crushers at 32kg 3 x 15.

Dont feel my biceps curls are enough at the mo. Heaviest at 45kg 4 x 10.

Really want to be able to get in the gym more, but lifes getting in the way.

So many good channels on there at the mo.

120kg leg ex 2x 15+. Man my thighs are killing. Like sooo bad.

But since decorating i've pulled my lower arm/elbow muscle. Is ok in some ways, in others i can barely move it. Is making everything a pain in the arse.

Good going Benn! I've not worked my legs for almost 2 months. Got a knee injury that won't allow me to lift at all can't even run on a treadmill at the moment. Managed 52.5kg x8 barbell curl this morning though. Other lifts aren't progressing much at the moment mostly due to laziness.
