    Trying to build some sort of foundation to work with by doing shoulders and back, light weights of course because I'm a n0000bie. Seems to be going ok

    I'm not really dissapointed tbh I think the fails are down to overtraining and attempting too heavy too often plus my body seems to be in hibernation mode right now which means shit diet and wanting to sleep all the time.

    Thay're my excuses and I'm sticking to them watch out next year them targets will be hit.
