    Default Xe/let heater pipe

    Anyone know where to get one? Mine had rotted away so had to remove it. Vaux dont sell them I have the part number but not much use seeing as I can't find any

    Just buy roose hose kits ha ha , I expect roose will do a individual hose out one of the kits if u know which one it is

    Should have been more specific it's the hard pipe that's pressed into the head

    Can you get the rotten bit out, so you can press a new one in??

    If not someone I know managed to TIG a new piece of pipe on there?!? I'm not saying that's a solution just that's what he did!!

    Yep that's it, the old one is out. Tiging is a bit much unless I can't find a replacement

    I just hammered a 20mm piece of alloy tube in as its the same size as the original stab so went in as good. I applied a thin smear of liquid metal to assure a good deal but not sure it needed it.

    Cheers looks like what I'll do, I'll make sure it's stainless to prevent rotting in the future

    I'd do that with the 20 mm pipe just get a vernier on your hole he hehe first then I would use some lock tight sealer around the edges as you bash it in muahahahahah
