Took number one out to make sure it was tdc with a screwdriver and it was pretty black. It's only ran for a few mins with them in they were brand new

So after reading up on my carb it's a 2e3. Which from what I've read seem to be abit wank. I'm happy to adjust to auto choke, something to do with a spring I've got a fairly good manual downloaded but what I cannot find for love nor money is a diagram for the vacuum pipes?!!

Anyone got a good picture or know where there all supposed to go? Seems there fairly important on this carb and could
Be the cause of my problem.

I wouldnt touch your carb until you have set the ignition timing with a timing gun. you will need to remove the vac advance pipe to do that, just put something in the pipe to stop the air leak!

Diagram is great much appreciated, Cleaned the carb abit and seen its a 2e not a 2e3. Still struggling with the locations of the vacuum pipes

    One from the dizzy?
One on rear of the inlet?
One on the rear of the carb?
One on the underside of air box?

    Please help going mental! Thanks
