Iirc a place called super fwd do them mate.
there was one on ebay the other day couldn't work out if it was a hockly one or a copy. looked quite good and was around £300 if I remember rightly. may have been a corsa one but was adjustable and could be made to fit with a bit of fab work
super fwd does them but not for a wide track setup. i will probably end up making my own setup as i am a fabricator but just wanted to take the easy option of buying a setup while i have the money gathered up to finish my nova as its being going on 4 years now!
They do state that a wide track version is available
i seen that but it says they go as far as 50mm wider each side. i might email them and see if they can make them to 80mm each side as thats what i think i need.
You could make your own & do all the geometry at the same time; I did my lower arms to run a 3 bolt bottom ball joint from a Corsa B
