    Default Fitting a turbo to a c20xe

Just a quick one. Can't seem to find any answers on line so here goes. Will a vxr Astra turbo physically fit to a c20xe head. I'm just toying around with options on turboing my nova. Not sure on c20 or z20 or Saab. I'd like to keep the xe that's in there just seeing what turbos will fit. I'm already aware of the internal changes and compression ratios and that's not a problem. I'm just wanting to start rounding up the relevant parts I might need. Thanks for any help or info you can provide.

Why not just fit a c20let?

Just looking at all my options. C20lets are getting rare and harder to find these days. It's the best most obvious option for me but when I have a really good strong xe already in there I don't mind doing the relevant work to convert it to turbo. Or on the other hand what's a good strong xe worth these days in comparison to a let

The xe is commanding strong money nowadays. Sell yours and buy a let.
sold last two c20xe engines for 550-600 complete

Utterly pointless when you can buy a let.sell the xe and put money towards a let

Depends on the spec your aiming for if you want a high spec forged internals standalone management etc cheapest way is stick with the xe, but if your wanting standardish power (upto about 280bhp) sell the xe and buy a let
told you saloons are the future!!!!!!!

Only really looking to go a little more than standard power. It should be more than enough in a nova. I have a mk4 gsi Astra stage 3.5 as my daily and couldn't imagine close to that power in my nova. What kind of money are lets going for at tho mo.
