    Default Flipout back windows bronze

    Hello!

I got some really nice flip out ( how do you call it, I'm from the Netherlands ) windows for the rear in bronze!

The are for a TR Berlina, model '85 and '86, the have different sized windows, so extra rare I think. Got a complete set with rubbers (those are not in the best shape).

Now the question for me is, what is it worth? I can upload some pics if you want to see them.

    Hi,

Never heard of different sizes. But i believe if its a complete kit you can get up too £200 Plus for them.

They get called "pop" out rear windows alot.
Add the pics it will help.

TR has diffent windows, won't fit the hatchback.

Began at 04-'85 untill 07-'86, this is dealer info. It was like an 'in between' model.

I tested the windows in my hatch and the size is different, then I fitted it in a friends TR ('85) and we had a match!

Yes, right, Saloon (TR called on the mainland) have shorter windows.
But the TR was not a "in between" model. the 2-door one was available from December '82 until July '90

I know the TR is not an in between model, I mean those TR's with shorter windows are an in between model.

Cant see they would be. Vauxhall/Opel/GM wouldn't spend the money making so many different sizes.

I think there may be two sizes of fixed glass depending if it has the Berlina/GL trim or not. Don't quote me on that though!
