Filler is nicely done, mines there too. Really like the motorbike pop out cap. Where is that from? Hate having to use a key on mine...

How much paint do you get for 35 quid?
Next step after rust repair was to start strengthening the shell.
Also going to be using a corsa b brake set up so cut out the thin sheet above the pedals and added in a piece of 4mm plate.
Fits and clears the bonnet. Still have the pedal set up to finish off.
Although i dont think its required when running a small block, i decided to notch the chassis leg in case i ever go for a bigger engine.
Pleased with how it came out. i Copied Count vauxalot for this one and again on the brake pedal set up (no pics yet).
I then cut away and re seemed the inner arch so i can remove the gear set without removing the box. Will make it a lot quicker when changing final drive and pinion gears.
Spot on, all the proper mods to future proof it. Enjoying your work.
Next up was the footings and strengthening plates for the roll cage, all 4mm plate.
Also went for a rear strut brace out of 38mm CDS, same size as my roll cage. Added the eyelets for harnesses and stitched around the turrets.
Then the spreader plates for the rest of the harness mounting points.
