    Just googled that Scott and found a wiki page for it https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ankylosing_spondylitis one of the symptoms is weight loss, I definitely don't have this AS, I've been trying to lose weight for years lmao

    I think its fair to say I don't have this though and it does not look pleasant!

    So is there a known cure for tendinitis? It hasn't been bad today but all I seem to see is lots of rest is needed which I cant do as cant have the time off work.

    weight loss... No chance, I put two stone on last year when I couldn't walk for almost four months!..

    But yeah it's extremely nasty without good treatment, luckily I'm on the best I can get and I'm feeling fine...

    I'm afraid that the only way to get over tendinitis is rest and get some diclofenac tablets.

    You ledge! Helps with plantar fasciahitfsdkh too which is another thing I have on the same side, will order one of them! Thanks for sharing that!
