    My oil cooler is fitted under valanc (laying flat) it's been that way for 2yr and I've not experienced any problems with mine.

    Sound, cheers think that's the plan, it'll save cutting things too much.

    Just because it hasn't given you problems doesn't mean it's being effective.

    This is mine, granted it's an XE and there's more room available.



    Just as an alternative thought process, consider changing your fan setup to suit the cooler. I'm sure one larger fan would be just as good as two 6"?

    Edit: looking at the pic there's no room for a fan engine-side, and FMIC takes up too much space to fit one large one, ffs LETs

    Could always fabricate a simple oil cooler scoop if you wanted to mount it flat at bottom of engine bay or 1 of the revotec ducts and piping and mount it anywhere you like.
