    Default Bottoming out

So my nova is on 40mm springs, standard shockers front and rear.
15" wheels 7.5" width....they are catching on the slightly rolled arches but I can deal with that for now.
but I need to sort the suspension...what's the best option....
back to standard ride height springs
    change to uprated shocks
    coilovers
change the wheels and leave the suspension....doubt that would have any effect though?!

    thanks, Sam

Are you bottoming out on speed bumps? Having a lowered car these things are inevitable so it's either live with it or raise the car.

It's all the time...second gear over a speed bump, a dip in the road...can't drive everywhere at 20mph so gone for coilovers!

When you say bottoming out, do you the shocks are? Or you grounding out on bumps?(car to floor) Or wheels hitting the arches?

    She but anyways!
pretty much all of the above Benn!
the noise it makes makes me feel sick...it's almost like the shocks are too soft as even a dip in the road at 30mph makes it go! Brand new dampers and 40mm springs though!
ive ordered coilovers, I know it will be a harder ride but at least it should stiffen it up! Not bothered about the rear as it's got no back seats but the front needs attention!

Well you should always use shorten shocks with lowered springs.
7.5 wide wheels wont help either.

7" wide will clear with a good offset.
