got new master cylinder and pistons and wheeel cylinders. i fiddled with the brake rod which goes into master cylinder, is it possible i bent it and now its sticking in all the time (i tugged the rod outwards)

Is the master cylinder fitted and bled?
Can't remember if the rod is adjustable (threaded) if so have you messed with the length?
Not sure you could bend it, if the piston stuck in? and you have pulled the rod back, and therefore on the edge of the piston (on the bottom) rather a the centre of the piston, jamming it.

Sounds like you messed up the rod length. You can adjust it from within the car though where it joins the pedal
There is no need to adjust it, I would set it where it was.
Has the glue sized it??????

the glue has stuck the copper pin which pushes into the master cylinder onto where it sleeves into the rod. before i glued it it could slide on and off the rod
