here are a couple of pictures, the front and back. The grille insert comes out and it has the GM part number 90226618 and the 2 tabs on the passenger side (looking at the front of the car) have a small split in the top but is a common problem anyway but does not affect the fitment in any way.

Let me know if this is what your after, as if its not i'll put it on the for sale section.
